Science class for homeschoolers?

Looking for a fun class for my 6 year old son.
Anyone know of any "homeschool" classes that parents can come with in the Portland or surrounding areas?

Thank you!

They have some at OMSI. I saw another mom there once and she said she signed up her older son (middle schooler, maybe) for a class there and I think they even dissected a frog.

There are some science classes at East Portland Community Center and at Mt Scott Community Ctr. Those are eastside and I'm not sure where you are - also not sure if parents are welcome to stay but seems to me like there's no reason why not. There are probably some at other community ctrs too.

Also at Village Home Resource Ctr there is a messy science class for 5-7 yr olds.

I'm sure there is more out there too. We're signed up for one at OMSI - there is a waitlist but msg me if you want the info on that anyway.

have fun!
