looking for Florida panhandle play group/date

I live in the panhandle of Florida and have boys ages 5, 2 and 7 month old. I would love to find more people to get together with in the panhandle area. I live on the coast about halfway between Tallahassee and Panama City and would be willing to travel either place or have people here. My 5 year old is in Kindergarten during the day so it would probably just be the 2 year old and baby. I need some more/new friends!!

I'm in Panama City! I started an AP meetup group at meetup.com. We often meet at my house, which is a little east of Panama City, so maybe it won't be too far for you. I have a 4 year old boy (too bad yours is in Kindergarten already) and a 9 month old daughter.

FLPanther, if you live east of PC does that mean you live in South Walton. If so we should get together I live in Walton County. I'm in Freeport so I'm a good 30 min drive from everywhere. Let me know. And I would love to know more about your meet-ups.

You're west of where I am, about 1 hour. Sometimes we go out to PC Beach, which may be easier to do for you.

You can sign up and just come to the meetups that are close enough if you like. Hopefully we'll get together!

FLPanther thanks for the link. I signed up! Maybe if you guys do something close to PC Beach I can make it. Have you ever meet at Frank Brown park? That would be close enough for me to go (gas prices are kinda kickin' my butt)

Any yeah I've been to the LLL meetings in Niceville. I haven't been in awhile, because my son is so active and into everything that it is more of a hassle them enjoyable. But thanks for mentioning it.

Thanks! We go to Panama (or to the evil Walmart :in Callaway) at least a couple of times a month and I would love to meet up with you guys! I signed up to the group.

I hope I haven't reached you too late! I just moved to the area too, and I know exactly what you mean by needing friends...lol. I live in Crestview and have a 2 year old daughter. I would love for her to get together with another kid if that is not too far from you. We useto belong to a playgroup in California and we both loved it. Can't seem to find any here though.
