I know that this is sort of a long shot, but my mil lives there and is going through some depression. We've been trying to get in touch with her, but she isn't asnwering her cell phone and hasn't emailed us back. We're just worried about her. We have someone who may be able to check on her, but just in case she can't, I'm looking for someone in the area and thought I'd check here.
We've emailed and left messages at the US Embassy (she's an US citizen but has dual citizenship) and I'm wokring on calling local police and hospitals.
Again, I know that this is a long shot, but we are very worried about her.
