Nanny/childcare needed in Melrose

Hi all
A friend of mine had her childcare situation change quickly this week and she now needs a new plan.

She is looking for a SAHM who might be looking to do some childcare or a nanny-share. She parents AP and her daughter is about 15 mos. She needs pretty much full time care, ideally somewhere close to Melrose. If anyone knows of a person or place ot check out I'd love to know about it. Thank you!!
