Worried, help me allay my fears

Do sore boobs go away around the 6-7 week mark? I just don't feel pregnant anymore. No morning sickness, nothing. I feel totally normal.

I've got an ultrasound today becasue last week they couldn't find a baby, just the sac, so of course I'm freaking a little. I wanna see that little heart beat.

No bleeding or spotting either.

if you had sore boobs in the beginning did that go away by week 6?

My sore boobs mostly went away around that time. I still get twinges, but nothing like the horribly sore burning hell that it was . I haven't had m/s at all, but that's about when all my cramps went away, too. GL!

My soreness comes and goes. Some days it feels totally normal (then, of course, DD will run up and smack into me and they become REALLY sore ), and other days they're very tender.

Try not to worry too much because that will just make you feel worse. Keep us updated, mama.

mine come and go as well...i'm really just now getting some m/s that started last week but that comes and goes too. keep us updated, hopefully you are just having an easy pregnancy. with my first i didn't even know i was pregnant until i was 8 weeks and i only tested because i realized i was really tired and my boobs seemed fuller, but nothing hurt and i never got any morning sickness to speak of...(i'd had what i thought was a light af and was on the pill so never suspected pregnancy at that point in my life - he's 21 now and doing great.. )

You sound like a repeat of my post about a week ago. I woke up when I was 7w 4d and they didn't hurt at all. I got my doctor to let me go in for an u/s and the baby was doing GREAT!! Since then, they hurt on and off but since I inquired I've heard others say that theres stopped hurting consistently around then too. I haven't had any m/s either, just some queasiness here and there. I'm mostly still feeling the fatigue. It's like it doesn't matter how much sleep I get, I'm so tired all day anyway.

Oh I wrote a post yesterday about my fear as well so you are definitely not alone there either. I feel like if I haven't seen the baby in a week than I'm not as confident that it is doing ok. I am also pregnant after a loss though so I think that has a lot to do with my lack of confidence.

i feel the same way. my morning sickness comes and goes which is awful. im either sick or worried that something is wrong. my sore boobs did go away about 6 weeks. now just the hugeness is left. lol. i remember there was a couple days where i almost called my midwife because i didnt feel pg at all! that was last week.
