Silas made his appearance last night at 10pm after an unanticipated medically necessary induction for pre-E
. It was as good an experience as anyone could ask for at the hospital and I was quite impressed with how nice and accomodating the staff and my doctor were. Silas, being only 37 weeks, actually looks like a newborn! He weighs 7 pounds 7 ounces and is 20.5 inches long. The birth story is really long and I'm tired, so I'll edit with it later
