Fairbanks Meet and greet?

anyone up for a meet and great in Fairbanks. Thought maybe get a few crunchy moms and their family's together.

This Sunday @ 3pm at the playground behind hotlicks ice-cream.

I'll provide some snackie items if there is any interest.

I like to come, DD tends to nap around that time though...if she has an early one we'll be there! DS is in the process of dropping his nap, so he may be a bit of a cranky butt . I have found though, that parks are nice places for cranky 3 year olds!

totally if anywhere is a good place for a crankey baby its the park. way to distracting and fun to be cranky!

well good I hope to see some people there. figured it would be nice before the snow hits!

ARRGH! DD is all snotty and sick We will probably skip tomorrow, I don't want to get everyone sick. She is taking long naps right now too (2:30-4:30ish)...maybe next weekend?

Eh I forgot that I leave for a conference in Anchorage on Sunday night so I probably better stay home and catch up on laundry and get ready.

I went today We had such a full day, I figured I'd put the park in there at the end of it to get the kids out of the car. We had fun, anyway.

I hope to make it tomorrow. The slides won't be as much fun to slide down as the kids will be in rain gear, but they have a lot of fun using them as forts and things, anyway.

oh man.. I really wanted to go to this today but we had a very busy day at church and by the time this afternoon rolled around the baby was exhausted and very very cranky. We had to stay home for a nap. Sorry!

I wanted to go but ended up butchering geese with my mother....OMG that was a chore. I have done chickens and turkeys before, geese are ridiculously FLUFFY! It took me 3 hours to pluck 2 birds! I am cooking one for dinner tomorrow with some wild rice stuffing, it had better be delicious! :

We went. Dp even showed up with all the kids, so I got to sit and chat a little more than otherwise. Molly was there (onyxravnos) with her little one, and a friend of hers with her children. (And Molly, I think that was your partner there as well, right?)

It was fun, but I didn't stay a long time as it was my "official day off."

thats okay. next sunday same time same place
