First and most important, don't get all your information from one source. Always question. How did they get that information, where did it come from? Can they back it up? Do the authors have conflicts of interest/ are paid by pharmaceutical companies?

The website domain of that site is owned by Spoke Media Holdings, I could not find a lot of information on the company with a basic search.
