I saw that someone started a healthy eating thread, but it was in August, so I thought I'd start one for September! I know that I need to keep myself accountable. I just found out that I'm pg today, and did a little *cough* emotional eating, so I need to keep track of what I'm eating. Anyone want to join me?
breakfast: two eggs and a piece of homemade bread (toast)
lunch: leftover pesto pasta, greek salad (spinach, tomatoes, feta, artichoke hearts, and dressing), bread
snack: Little Debbie
(yep that was the emotional eating - still adjusting to the idea of being very unexpectedly expecting!)
