frogging ribbing?

I get how to frog a knit side and a purl side but is there a way to frog ribbing? I am working my first pair of socks and have to start my heel flap over.

I just rip it out. frogging == rip it rip it

What part are you confused about, putting the stitches back OTN?

Thanks! I didn't even check there. I wanted to, I dont know what it's called, but where you pick up the stitches down below before you tear out the yarn so you don't risk having dropped stitches. They had a video that showed exactly what I wanted!
