I want to start this out saying that I know that good nutrition and clean water are the keys to truly decreasing diseases and morbidity. And that my children who live here in the US are not vaccinated.

I'm with an organization that deals solely with Haiti. Currently our order of priorities are:
food & clean water
medical care
school supplies
clothing/ blankets
building materials.

The clinic that we run in Cap Haitian does NOT currently immunise, but that is because they don't have the right paperwork. That looks like it will be changing soon, and they will start immunising in rounds as they have staff (we fly drs and NPs over a few times a year). Are there any vaccines that I should push as priority? Any I should push away from? Any mass reprodicible schedules?
It's going to be a long time until there is clean water available for everyone. Currently with the hurricane damage things are at crisis point.
