Hi all,
I'm a full-time WOHM who recently moved to the East Cobb/Marietta area, and I REALLY need to start working out. I'd love to be able to work out with DD (who's 10 and a half months old), because since I've gone back to work full-time, my time with her is really precious to me, YKWIM? So, I'm looking for stuff I can do with her. I'd love to find a class that met on the weekends, but I haven't been able to find any mommy and me type classes that meet on Sat. or Sun. and are anywhere near East Cobb. Anyone know of any? Also, does anyone have any ideas about ways I can try to get in shape, with DD in tow, that maybe don't involve classes or the gym? I'm really struggling with this, because as it is, I don't get enough sleep (I have to get up for work at 6:00 at the latest, sometimes 5:30, because of a long commute), and I don't have a lot of time in the evenings, either, so it doesn't seem like joining a gym and trying to get there several times during the work week is going to work out...Sigh...I think I'll x-post this in Fitness and Working Parents.
