I'm looking for fun stuff to do during the week with my kiddo, who is 9 months old. We love to go to reading groups/ storytime, hiking trails, really anything that is free. Anyone know of any fun activities that are currently being held weekly???

Where do you live?

I'm out in Gwinnett, but we have weekly storytime at the library, and I'm part of a MOPS group (not free, but not really pricey, and I enjoy it). We also hit the local parks (Gwinnett has some great ones).

We go to the farmers' market weekly, and my toddler enjoys that. This time of year, he also likes the festivals that happen (like Suwanee Days).

http://www.decatur-ga.com/cgs_citysvcs_ced_events.aspx The Blue Sky Concerts in Decatur are well attended by toddlers.

http://www.socialweb.net/Clients/AFP...lasso?id=79795 looks like it would be your library option.

You can swim with her every day at the Second Ponce de Leon Family Life Center super warm indoor saline pool for $40/month. Mine started swimming well at about 1.5 years because we went all the time. That place is the only reason I would be willing to move to Buckhead.

Did you try the High? They have the coolest toddler Thursdays.

Park hopping is great. There are so many great parks in the greater Atlanta area. Pack a picnic and go to a new one each week.

The Botanical gardens has great little classes and such for littles.

Play in the fountain at Centennial Park. Wear water shoes or flip flops..... that is downtown, you know.

If you are considering homeschooling check out the L.E.A.D. website for their park day. This is great way to meet other homeschool families.
