Where do you buy acv, witch hazel and ingredients for home made regimens/cleansers?

Looks like I need to look for apple cider vinegar (for face toner and no poo trial), witch hazel, jojoba and other stuff and I was wondering if I can find these at Walmart. We don't have Wild Oats anymore and I don't know of any natural store around here.
Also is witch hazel liquid or other form? All I know of that is the witch hazel pads...

I don't know about Wal-mart, but everything but the jojoba can be found at the grocery stores around here.

ACV is found with the white vinegar with other food items.

Witch hazel is a liquid and can be found near the rubbing alcohol and hydrogen peroxide in the health and beauty area.

I've only seen jojoba oil at the health food store, but large supermarkets may carry it in the health and beauty section. I have seen castor oil there.

These types of things are often down really, really low or super high up on shelves. They aren't the "popular" choices, so they are not at eye level...generally speaking.
