3am Insomnia & Nausea

I was really hoping not to have insomnia tonight like i have been having. Usually it h its around 4am, but this time it hit around 3am. I even try not to look at my clock so I don't know what time it is and then make myself not be able to sleep, but lately that doesn't work and I end up having to get up for a bit before I can go back to sleep.

And to top it off, I'm having nausea. I thought I was just nauseous laying on my left side since I had been sleeping comfortably on my right side. But no, it is happening on both sides and still happening while I am sitting up at the computer trying to eat a banana as a snack.

Blah. I just want to sleep.

i'm up right now with you, my sister moved in last week and came in at 3:30am and now i'm wide awake. I did not want this to happen, i need my sleep so bad right now. I feel like i'm slowly becoming emotionaly drained by having her live here. It's really taking a toll on me, I'm not sure how to confront her on it. I dont like confrontation at all. But somethings gotta give. I know our bodies are getting ready for baby being up at night. that is ok with me, i just dont like being woke up in the middle of the night by someone else. kwim?

I was able to go back to bed then sleep fairly well. Though I am still waking up nauseous this morning. What's up with that?

I was awake for 2.5 hours last night as well. The worst part was that so was DS, and if I had gotten out of bed, he would have thought it was time to play. I am SO uncomfortable this morning. Ugh, I am so ready for this baby to be born already.

I've been waking up pretty regularly at 3:30 for awhile now. Usually I have a snack, use the potty and go back to bed. I'm always starving and thirsty when I wake up around this time. Haven't felt nauseaus in a long time though, thank God!

I wake up frequently because I have to pee twice a night and on top of that my DD has been waking up a lot lately. Last night was kind of funny, though. She'll say the most random things and last night as she crawled over to lay right up next to me she said, "It's ok? It's ok?" I don't know what she was referring to, so I just said, "it's ok, baby," and she pulled up the covers and went to sleep. Other times she wakes up and wails and kicks and it's either because she wants the covers pulled up or pulled off. I'm hot and cold all night, too, so I can understand.

I don't have the nausea, but I do get very thirsty and start panicking that my amniotic fluid is going down because I'm not drinking enough water, so then I drink a whole Sigg bottle of water. Hmm... no wonder I keep waking up to pee!

I am up every night lately around 3 or 330am...then I can hardly sleep the rest of the night. It's a combo of having to pee a couple times & just being plain uncomfortable. Ugh. It is wearing on me. I am just happy I can almost always take a nap in the afternoon..I don't know if I could survive w/out it!
