Anyone have a quick link about the side effects and adverse outcomes of the Hep B vaccine? Specifically any studies related to children. I'd love any links to VAERS about injuries associated with the Hep B. I'm trying to inform a mama about it related to daycare risks to infants and toddlers.
For goodness sake there MUST be more research and outcomes, than the product insert indicates!!
The risks and contraindications of the Hep B vaccine as tested on 147 healthy infants and children (up to 10 years of age) who were monitored for FIVE days after each dose, are as follows, per the product insert: http://www.merck.com/product/usa/pi_...ombivax_pi.pdf
(Note, the small sample size, the presumption that this applies to all children, and the short duration of follow up "research" of its safety and efficacy.)
