Should I stop taking my vitamin B complex?

Was taking it in hopes to lengthen my LP. Should I stop taking it now?

my midwife told me to continue my vitamin b complex, as it can help with morning sickness.

I was taking 2 B-50s complex per day (50 mg of B-6 in each which is the only one you have to worry about getting too much of). So I was taking a total of 100 mgs and I have cut down to 1 pill now for a total of 50mg. However, in one of my books - The Whole Pregnancy Handbook, it recommends taking 100mg B-6 to treat morning sickness, so I am assuming that 2 would also be safe. I would say 3 is definitley more than you need.
