I am looking for moms who would like a cast of their pregnant belly. I am willing to help you create one. The only thing I ask for is for you to pay for the materials. The cast will be yours to keep and decorate anyway you wish or leave it plain.
A little more about myself: I am a stay at home mom to three kids. All three were planned midwife assisted homebirths. I made a cast for the last two pregnancies. I regret not making one the first time around. I did know about making bellycast, but thought it would be too difficult.
My kids are 9 years, 6 years and 4 years old. I have been homeschooling until this school year. They are going to a small private montesorri school. We needed to do something different for awhile. They love it there.
I am new to Erie, Pa. We moved here in July 2008 from Huntsville, Al. My husband is going to graduate school at Mercyhurst.
Why do I want to cast your belly? For many reasons, pregnancy is such a beautiful time for a woman, pregnant bellies are awesome, and I enjoy the artistic quality of belly casting. You will be very happy to have it after the birth of your child.
