A question about kidneys

Hello mothers, this is my first time posting here although I've been reading for quite a while.

I have 2 boys. My first has been selectively vaccinated but I have a concern with my second. He was born with one kidney. It's fine in function. I read in The Vaccine Book some concerns with aluminum content and poorly functioning kidneys, which makes me question whether we should vaccinate him at all.

My question is whether any of you have any advice or information or experience dealing with a scenario similar to this one. My husband lets me decide to an extent which vaccines to administer but he questions whether it would be a smart decision to not vaccinate him at all. If it were up to me, I wouldn't. I have to consider his opinions but there is so little information about this specifically to research that we are both lost and I don't trust a pediatrician's opinion on the matter.

Thanks!

I'm not sure if anyone would have an answer for you on here regarding this.

This is my suggestion, contact either an Anthroposophic MD or a certified Homeopath. They could definitely answer your concerns about your son's health with regarding vaccines.
I know that people can live just fine with one healthy kidney, but I can understand your concern.
Research and go with your instinct.

Thanks for the response, I'm going to call a homeopath tomorrow.

My instinct says not to do it but my husband doesn't listen to that!

Here's my non-expert thinking on it.

None of the vaxes have been tested on anyone with impaired kidney function.

To my knowledge, none of the diseases currently vaxed for commonly have kidney-related effects.

I love the "I don't mind if they don't get all of them but they have to get SOME." OK, which ones? "I don't know...let's ask so-and-so." I've done all the research, which ones do you want to know about? *crickets*

How about letting HIM research which ones he is concerned about? If he can't come up with any good info on what he wants, then I don't really think that's an "opinion" you need to be worrying about respecting.

My DH finally gave up on all but tetanus, and then we moved to the country and started pushing tetanus again. I'll bump the thread for you if you want to read it.
