It seems like I keep reading different things. One thing will say that you don't need to injest it, another will say that you do.
I'm not sure what's best? I was going to have us all use it on our toothpaste, as well as a rinse, but if that's not going to do any good, I don't want to bother. I'm also concerned with injesting it since I'm nursing.
Is there any evidence pointing one way or the other?
And is there a good source for non-gmo, not made in china, preferably birch (but not absolutely nec.) xylitol?
