Re: the phone calls: that is why I told people when they asked my due date "End of September, beginning of October". I refused to give a date, just so I wouldn't have to deal with all that. I'm no naive, I am sure I will start to get calls in a couple weeks, but they don't have a specific date in mind, so there's no set date the phone calls should start. I haven't really had to deal with that with my previous pregnancies, so I'm hoping they will leave me alone!

Still pregnant here! 9 days til edd. My 1st dd was 3 days b4 edd & 2nd dd was 10 days b4 edd...so my preggo math sez I should be having this baby already! :

My family knows I'm not due till Saturday (13th), but I've been getting calls for two weeks asking if the baby is here yet or if I'm in labor yet. I think if I had been nonspecific, who knows how early I'd have been getting them!

Still pg here too! My edd is 4 days away. My only wish is that if this baby is not ready to come (I am okay w/that) then I will stop having these awful, painful cx!

And stop falling down! I fell down the stairs a couple of days ago and this morning I slipped in the kitchen and I pulled a groin muscle. I am in so much pain I thinK I want to crawl under a rock!

I was getting up from the couch the other night and tripped on the area rug and fell between the coffee table and the couch which I caught myself on. Bruised by knees and screwed up my wrist a little. My husband was so freaked out... the whole thing happened right in front of him.

Yeah my first was day before edd and my second was 7 days before edd. I NEVER thought I would be 3 days POST edd with my 3rd!

Due around the 26th. Hoping no later than that. This is my 3rd and last and I hate to feel so anxious and for it be be over with but you all no how these last weeks can be. I am trying to focus on all the things I want to get done before hand and spending extra time alone with my other two before the baby comes

I'm still pregnant, and it sounds like I might be the only one who is very happy that baby isn't here yet. I'm not due until September 26 or 28, but I think it will happen before then.

I'm definitely with you all on the many hard discomforts of these last weeks, but my need to get more things done before the birth is trumping for now!

Still pregnant here and not due till the 28th. I really hope I don't go into labor any time really soon. I caught a horrible cold from my daughter and cannot imagine having the energy needed to give birth right now. I am miserable. :

Still pregnant here. I'm 39w tomorrow, but I'm a 1st timer so I've been planning on going 41 weeks all along. Which is OK. I'm still pretty comfortable. I did have to get up and eat a pb sandwich at 6am this morning

I think I'm going to join the December DDC because my baby has decided to wait!

I didn't tell anybody our EDD, but I've been getting ridiculous questions/phone calls since mid August. People just can't stand not knowing--and they assume that I know something they don't, or that my midwife does, as if one of us has a crystal ball. Good grief, people, babies come when they come and I'm not into scheduling them!

The good news is that my midwife doesn't get all worked up about 42 weeks just because, either. If baby and I still look good then, we just keep on waiting! I was worried that 42 weeks meant hospital + pitocin, but it doesn't have to. Whew!

Bah! I was joking w/my mw's that I would probably go to 42 weeks w/this one. I really really really hope this can remain funny
