I have a blood blister-type sore on my vulva (sorry if TMI)

I don't know if this exactly fits in here, I don't think it vulvar varicosity, but. . .

It's swollen under it and rather painful. Actually, there's also a smaller one slightly inside my vagina. It is where the outer labia meet the vagina on the bottom(not towards the clitoris).

I have never had sex with any besides DH and vice versa, so I know it's not an STD.

I don't know if it's a varicose vein, it looks like an open sore. If you found some pics, I could aye or nay them.

And I don't have any idea what to do for it. Any suggestions?

I also have a sore on my inner labia similar to what you're describing. I noticed it shortly after DD was born and assumed it was a scratch from the birth. It hasn't gone away in 15 months, but my MW has checked it twice and feels that as long as it is symmetrical (it is) and not getting any bigger (it's not), that it is nothing to worry about, just something to keep an eye on.

I know this isn't a professional opinion, per se, but I wanted you to know you're not alone .

Weird. Does it hurt? If yours isn't open, I'd guess from what I read that it's a varicose vein. I should ask my SIL, I know she mentioned having them.

Thank you. I x-posted in Health and Healing and someone posted a picture of a boil, which looks like what this would before it was open, ugh. Boils are just scary sounding.

Mine does look like an open sore, but it isn't painful at all.

Boils can be painful, too, so it might be what you've got going on. Off to check the Health and Healing forum for some knowledge...

Hmmm,
It being open pretty much rules out Bartholin Cyst.

Do either you or your DH get cold sores on your mouths?

Have you shaved recenty? Ingrown hairs can cause sores. Could just be a run of the mill boil.

We get canker sores, but um, there's no way they get there. And I don't shave. I think I've had the ingrown hair pimple before, but this is waaay different.

And why is my DDC checking this out.

I get them with my pregnancies. They hurt. They get worse toward the end. Is there any way to prevent them?
