Where to get patterns & materials to make pocket style pull-up trainers?

Hubby has offered to sew pull-ups for DD1 if I get all the stuff together (he's a way better sewer than I am )

Where do I go for the type of material that's on the outers of pocket diapers? Fleece lining? Patterns?
