This thread began as a call to those who wanted to get FREAKY for the month of September - because boredom, anxiety, and depression don't make for good 'breeding' conditions. Speaking of shagging. We use the term 'SPELUNK' (thank you SCOOBERS) as a euphemism for sex...because I tried blantantly discussing 'THAT' around here once - and it didn't jive so well with the MDC 'family-friendly' image.
I posted this at a time when I was tired of TTC boards full of conversations about 'BD'ing' and 'BABY DUST', pages upon pages of photos and Disney'ish characters blinking me into a seizure, and the insitance of 'gods hands' and 'gods will' playing a role in my fertility (not that I have anything against god...its just not my thing). I had hoped to find a community of like-minded women - and well, here we are. What began as a small group of gals discussing their impending ovulation dates, turned into a seriously massive group of friends talking about everything from RYAN GOSLING (and his cheerios) to homemade Maxi pads.
Welcome! Please come hang out. Kick off your shoes. Grab a seat. Tell us anything. Were good listeners. This is a place to vent (periods suck...we all get them, and we all want to break into a million pieces when they arrive), a place to cry, a place to share good news, sexy stories, and the latest offerings at Starbucks. I get my groove on at the base of Mt. Hood in Oregon (east-side!) We've got two lovely ladies (note the sig) and are now ttc#3. I'll probably be here a while, and you'll probably grow ill of seeing me. First time took 7 months + clomid, lost dd's twin in the process. Second time took 13 months, clomid, progesterone, the RE not knowing what the freak was going on, a chemical, a 12 week loss, and then...luck. Lots of during-pregnancy problems too. I get the best of both hells, right? But no complaints, I have living breathing crazy girls to get my butt out of bed.

Almost 30 married to B and we live in SW FL (but are both originally from Boston) with 2 crazy boys ages 5.5 and 16 mos. I'm still nursing DS2 and never TTC while nursing so this should be interesting. It took me 6 mos and one m/c to get preg with DS2 so we're thinking this might take a while too. This will probably be our last child. DS2 was born with a heart defect (his crazy story is in my sig along with some awarenss info on CHDs) so we're pretty scared to TTC again, but our risk of having another heart baby is only 3% versus everyone else's risk of 1.5%. But it is still really scary. So anyway, here I am!

Almost 30 married to B and we live in SW FL (but are both originally from Boston) with 2 crazy boys ages 5.5 and 16 mos. I'm still nursing DS2 and never TTC while nursing so this should be interesting. It took me 6 mos and one m/c to get preg with DS2 so we're thinking this might take a while too. This will probably be our last child. DS2 was born with a heart defect (his crazy story is in my sig along with some awarenss info on CHDs) so we're pretty scared to TTC again, but our risk of having another heart baby is only 3% versus everyone else's risk of 1.5%. But it is still really scary. So anyway, here I am!
