Sesame seeds: Is hulled or unhulled better?

To grind them and sprinkle it on food for the nutrition. Which one is better?

Most of the calcium is in the hulls, and probably other nutrients as well, so sesame seeds with the hulls still on will be more nutrient-dense. The hulls are edible, not like some other seeds.

I wish there was a different term, "hulled" or "unhulled" is confusing, because if you use hull as a noun, then hulled means a seed with the hull still on and unhulled means the hull is removed, but if you use hull as a verb, as in the action of removing a hull, then hulled means removed and unhulled means intact. But hull on is more nutritious for sesame seeds.
