Does anyone have experience with Granito yarn?

I want to make a soaker with it but I want to know if anyone here has has any luck knitting/felting this yarn.
It's 100% wool so I'm thinking it will be ok.....I just love this color though and think it will look so cute on my daughter when she gets here.....I just worry that it may not work out as well as I'd like it too. Unfortunately....it is rather expensive!
