Childbirth in Kodiak?

I posted a week ago about natural childbirth resources in Sitka. They seemed pretty dismal. The other place we could be moving is Kodiak. Anyone know anything about natural childbirth resources there? I found a listing for Women's Bay Midwifery, but couldn't find anything about them. Are they CPMs, CNMs? Can you find a doula?

If you have any experiences or thoughts to share they would be most welcome!

When do you find out where you are going to land? Do you guys have any say in the matter? That must be really hard not knowing.

Thanks so much! I've PMed her already. We send in our requests for our next duty station in about a month and find out in February. It is hard not knowing. I am trying to focus on the adventure!
