Business management binder, like household notebook?

Has anyone created their own business management binder, or business planner, or some sort of a notebook that goes along with the style of a household notebook?

I have a plain binder with basic tabs and keep basic business information, but I'd really like to take it a step further and make it more eye appealing (so I'm actually excited to look at it! LOL), include more detailed information, and add another level of customer service and business activity that would draw more people in.

Have any of you created something like this? Would you care to share the type of information you keep, where you got your forms (is there a place online to download free business record keeping forms that are eye appealing?), and how you made your binder?

Ok how about websites with free business record keeping forms. I created all of mine and haven't had much luck coming up wtih templates or free forms online, but maybe something will be easier than what i use.

I'm feeling creative with my business records and would love to bounce ideas off anyone!

I'm not sure if this is what you meant but I use a software based program called Goldmine.

There is a calendar that keeps track of appointments, as well as emails that have been sent and received each day. I can schedule follow up actions by person or company, assign tasks to other employees (once we get to that size!), view the status of existing projects and a bunch of other things that I haven't quite explored. I use QuickBooks for accounting purposes and can run whatever kind of financial reporting I need.

We will be adding Constant Contact and integrating it with our existing software to offer our customers newsletters and inform them of up coming events and sales. I think I can do it straight from Goldmine but just have not figured out how yet.
