Yeah, I'm thinking Mohinder has never read a comic book or seen a superhero movie, or he would know that this is exactly how brilliant scientists become supervillains.

I almost couldn't stand how hot and sexy they made Mohinder. I felt so guilty sitting next to my dh Seriously, I couldn't look away from him.

I just hope we don't see a penis in a jar in the next episode.

My husband was in and out doing laundry, but he caught a Mohinder shirtless scene and he said to me, "What's wrong with you??"
Everytime he came on, I was like, "Oh MY!!!!"
It was very distracting wasn't it?

Spoiler(don't knw how to do spoiler html!)

I was laughing about how easily Maya's shirt ripped off. They looked like the cover of a romance novel. Talk about bodice ripping!

I had no problems with this...my DH was in another state at the time for work...

:

Though in all seriousness, he did say it heightened all of his senses. If that's the case kind of makes you wonder...

I think Mohinder's going to become a villain.

I really didn't like it. I think I'm going to stop watching it. After the way they wrote seasons 1 and 2 of Suresh's character it makes no sense that he would want to inject himself.

awww...say it ain't so. You won't be able to resist!!

I think despite all of Future Peter's efforts, Claire's still going to go bad.

How about Linderman?? I really have no attachment to his character, but is he back from the dead (invisible) or is he a figment of Nathan's imagination?

And ummm... I can't remember, why doesn't "Tracy" remember she's Nicki?? And now she has "ice queen" powers? : Huh?? I'm confused.

Elle, of course, is going to go bad. She hates the company now.

And, for gosh sakes, why is Mrs. Petrelli so bad-ass?? Because she dreams the future? That's it? Please. There's got to be more to her than that.

Well, I must be a prude because I was almost embarrassed by Suresh being all nakey. It was just REALLY sexual. Like almost too much. And I don't get embarrassed easily!!

Interesting show though..So many twists and turns! I love it!

I thought the same thing. It seemed out of character for him to be so recklessly enthusiastic about trying the ...serum, or whatever it's called. He's always been more careful than that.

I think they just wanted an excuse for him to rip his shirt off.

Anyway, it's not enough to make me quit watching. Especially since I'm feeling so superior about predicting that Sylar is actually a Petrelli.

Tracy/Nikki - well, Nikki's dead, isn't she? She was in the building that blew up at the end of last season. I'm thinking this one's another sibling or even possibly a clone.

Mohinder, the mad scientist - yeah, you always have to watch out for the scientist in comic books... Doctor Doom, Mister Sinister, Norman Osbourne (became the Green Goblin), Otto Octavius (Doc Oc), Dr. Johnathan Crane (Scarecrow), Victor Fries (Mr. Freeze)... Lex Luthor was a scientist too, I think?

And then there's the classic example -- Dr. Jekyll.

Future Ando & Hiro - I've noticed a bit of a pattern in the show. The good guys have red powers (Future Peter had red energy blasts, Claire's mother has red fire [and we have to assume that she's good at this point]) and the bad guys have blue (Future Sylar had blue energy blasts, one of the escapees from Level 5 has blue flames, etc.).

Future Ando had red... so I'm thinking he was up against a future Evil Hiro.

Sylar Petrelli - Hmm... I wonder if Sylar and Peter are actually fraternal twins, intentionally seperated at birth? It would explain why they're near equals.

I'm not surprised Mohinder injected himself. He has been researching for years how each person got their power, how it developed, etc. Of course he would find himself drawn to try it on himself(in the name of research of course ) His curiousity plus the feeling of helplessness from dealing with people like Sylar, part of him must have envied the hereos and their powers.

I wasn't that surprised that he tried the serum, actually.
I think Mohinder might've felt inadequate not having any powers. After all, wasn't he actually conceived by his parents to help his sister, Shanti, who did have "special" powers?

That's a great breakdown. Now I'm really going to be paying attention to the colors of the energy blasts. I think Elle also has blue energy. I'm not positive, but I think she did...

Okay, one thing that I missed because DH was talking to me - what does Sylar do with the brains? I know he doesn't eat them (as evidenced by "Claire, that's disgusting!"), so what does he do?
You can tell me as a spoiler or PM me (yeah- I reaaaaallly want to know!).

Yep, I could totally see that - with Sylar being the "defective" one, because Peter can absorb people's powers just by being in their presence while Sylar has to apparently come in physical contact with their brains (pituitary gland?). I'm still trying to figure out the whole open up the head thing he does. Is he just looking? Does he need to feel a certain area? Does he have to find a particular gland? I'm thinking it's that last one since Mohinder started raving about it all being in the hormones. It was certainly all in the hormones in HIS case!
