As one who has been publically ridiculed for a simple typo, I may have a biased opinion.
I guess I am a total hypocrite because I totally remember that thread and it made me go to your site and ORDER! LOL
Okay but basically I guess I am asking, and I probably didn't word this correctly, is should I just let it bug me and not order or should I politely e-mail the WAHM and then it wouldn't bother me at all?
I know if my site had errors I would for SURE want to know about it and be given the chance to fix it. And I agree with the study that says the other letters in a word don't really matter just the first and the last, I had no problem reading that post at all, but I also think it has a lot more to do with why when the person that wrote it reads it over again it gets missed.
I am TOTALLY not downing WAHM's for having mistakes, I KNOW first hand the hard work and problems being a WAHM is, trust me. I know the kids hanging off you and I know the sick kids and trying to do the site at 3 am. I didn't name names, I wouldn't name names, I just wondered if it would be better to ignore it (and the site) or tell the WAHM? I know I am not perfect, people point that out frequently believe me
but I just wouldn't want anyone to have their feelings hurt by me e-mailing and saying "Just wanted to let you know ____ is spelled wrong on your site on ___ page" does that make sense? I wouldn't want to make anyone feel bad!
|It only bothers me enough to think, oh that was a typo. It would never deter me from buying because of the reasons already posted...and I *hope* this thread wasn't started because of my post about the new WAHM site!
And nope, don't even know what post you're talking about- which reminds me your and you're that one I would NEVER catch because I am super mega guilty of it all the time.
|It is actually weather, whether and wether.
Yes it is but she was right too, as I meant whether, since wether is a castrated ram....
