CLO/Raw dairy as preventative?

Thread Starter
DD is 13mo and showing no signs of tooth problems yet. Can CLO or raw dairy (or both!) be used as a preventative? If so, about how much should she be getting? What about adults?

Also, does taking it while pregnant give any extra 'oomph' to the unborn baby? Is it harmful?

Thanks! New to this but extremely interested!

Yes yes yes! Raw dairy and CLO are both so good for your body. Teeth need to be healthy from the inside out.

This is not scientific, but I've had three kids, and my 2nd born was (until this pregnancy, which I don't know about yet) the only one in which I had raw dairy. His teeth are white and wonderfully straight. I'm hoping for the same for this baby, since I've had raw milk for 1 1/2 years now consistently.

That's what we use (and trying to stick to a mostly TF diet). I have high hopes!

Cod Liver Oil
Quote:
Children age 3 months to 12 years: A dose of cod liver oil that provides about 5000 IU vitamin A daily
Children over 12 years and adults: A maintenance dose of cod liver oil that provides about 10,000 IU vitamin A daily
Pregnant and nursing women: A dose of cod liver oil that provides about 20,000 IU vitamin A daily

I know the Weston Price recommends 1 quart of raw milk a day.
