Good Workout Regimen during Pregnancy??

Could use some help. I am bound and determined to not gain 50 lbs this time! Any tips and secrets would be appreciated! I did some yoga last time, but kind of hard to find a good space to do it in a small house with lo's running around.

With my first pregnancy I gained 40lbs which was just way too much for me since I already was a bit overweight to begin with. I'm currently trying to get in good shape and lose weight before I get pregnant again to have a better head start. I'm also trying to limit my carbs and only eat healthy carbs. Next time I get pregnant I'm going to try to limit sweets and carbs, which were my cravings with the first pregnancy. I'm also trying to follow a TF diet and eat healthy fats. If working out is hard for you maybe getting out for walks is an option to get moving and burn calories.

I do get out and walk, I'm looking for a true workout, something to get my blood pumping and sweaty cause that's what I really need.
