Holistic/Biological Dentist in/around Inland Empire?

I thought about posting this in the Dental forum but thought I'd get a much better response from moms in and around Inland Empire, Southern CA here : )
I am in need of a good holistic/biological dentist in/around Inland Empire (Southern California).
Long story short...I've got gum disease, my poor gums are in awful shape. My crowns are leaking because of this and I'm having horrible intermittent pain in my mouth

I have seen Dr. Pallos in Laguna, and he seems great, although I don't have any cavities or such to judge him by. He was very nice, listened a lot, and very helpful.
In Temecula there is a Dr. Dollins but I don't know anything about her.
