Looking for hb midwife in NE Montana

I am due with baby #3 in February and really hoping to find a homebirth midwife in the NEastern part of the state. I'm in Plentywood, which is very close to ND so I'd be open to any leads there. We just relocated here and the few leads from locals have been deadends. So ANY info would be greatly appreciated!!!

Feel free to pm me if you like... I won't be back online til Monday but I hope someone can point me in the right direction. Thank you!!!

There is a mw here in Billings that has a house for people to stay and birth here. I know of a mw in S.D., but she's farther from you than the one here in Billings. There is also one is Great Falls that travels- PM me if you want their info.

I have a friend who has a friend in Glasgow that is finishing her training. I can get her info for you.

I'm not much help in the way of suggestions. However, I grew up in Glasgow, and am familiar with the area. Have you considered if there is anyone in Canada who could help... Unless there are rules against it. I'm pretty sure the Port near your location is open 24 hours.

But the other thing to consider is Montana, particularly NE Montana, in February... The weather and the roads could really change your plans if you're planning on traveling anywhere once labor starts... or vice versa if a midwife has to travel a long distance to get to you. You may want a back up plan.

PMed you both! Bless you, hope something works out. You might PM gentlemama_04. She's fairly close and might know some connections.
