Good website recommendations?

Thread Starter
My sister (who is VERY mainstream) is just starting to think about the chemicals she is putting on her body, after a long mystery illness, with still no answers.
She's been asking my advice about shampoos, soaps, etc, but my knowledge is still quite limited, so just wondering if anyone knows of any good sites that can act as a good starting point for reducing the chemicals in our lives? Nothing toooo scary please, she needs to ease into this!

Thanks mamas!

these are some of my favorites for information:
the organic consumers association, http://www.organicconsumers.org/
breast cancer fund here
skin deep

if its products you are looking for, I've found some great online shops. my new favorite for price and selection is The Simple Body. there's also saffron rouge and future natural (though I think they're both much pricier). I think TheSimpleBody.com is the best because I can actually afford stuff there.

there seem to be new companies for natural products all the time though, I do love that! gotta spread the message....
