Contractor/handyperson

Today my one and only bathroom was mostly gutted, and the friend we hired to put it back together with new stuff has a bum back. He hopes--and I hope--that his back will settle down so he can complete the job in a timely manner (i.e., in about a week's time).

However, in case he can't, I want to have a backup plan. Can any of you recommend a good, honest, timely, healthy person who's skilled at installing floor and tub surround tile; removing wall tile adhesive/sheetrocking; painting; installing a sink, shower kit, and light sconces?

This is a small bathroom, and I can't believe what a big hassle remodeling it may be.

Thanks in advance!

Where do you live?

I know of a fabulous handyman in the southern suburbs of the twin cities.

Good question! Should have included that bit of info in my original post.

I live near the border of St Louis Park and Minnetonka.
