I need a form from a GA state courthouse, can anyone help?

ANyone in GA. I need a petition to change custody form, from a local courthouse. My courthouse and the one in the next town over doesnt have them "because lawyers get mad at us for filing so we dont carry the forms and we dont know where you can get them"(direct quote from both courthouses). My son who is 14 years old wants to live with me, and I want to file a petition to change custody, but I cant file without the FORM!! I have looked on the internet high and low to no avail. Can anyone in GA check their courthouse(im thinking people in bigger cities might have access to these forms) and please please mail it to me. I am desperate! I have paypal. I can pay you whatever you need to get me the forms! Thanks so much!

I found this looking around on the Fulton County site pigpokey posted above. It looks like they have what you need.
