Do you think it's pretty common for schools to "lose" vaccine waver forms. I made d#@ sure they got it at kindergarten round-up this year because when we almost enrolled her the previous year (we decided to keep her home) they gave me a bunch of crap about the tetnus shot and whooping cough shot, and they wouldn't have mentioned it if I hadn't asked for the waver....so anyway, they got it at round-up (different school) last May with all her other papers.
last week I got a letter saying they don't have dd's vaccine forms and to please bring them to the school.
So I brought in another copy and bit my tongue...I guess I wondering if they actually lost it or if they "lost it"...what do you think...not that it matters at this point, but I'm wondering if a month from now I'll be getting another notice.
