herbal/medicinal postpartum?

Hello All
What, if anything, are you planning on taking over the days postpartum? I have been so focused on the pregnancy that I haven't prepared for what comes next in terms of care.

I plan on taking homeopathic arnica for muscle pain and swelling. So far that's all I have on my list. Are there any teas you plan on drinking? Or tinctures you plan on taking? And why?

Continuing with RRL tea (overall uterine toner), Nettle too (vitamin K, etc). Also, probably some fenugeek (or just a mama's milk blend). Comfrey, calendula & chamomile tea to soak postpartum pads (planning on using diaper doublers) in for perineal support. I hadn't thought of Arnica--what a good idea!

I've used arnica, baths with comfrey and goldenseal, frozen comfrey root in cheese cloth for ice packs for my bottom, shepherd's purse tea for bleeding, I've also encapsulated the placenta - and that has served me quite well, I think. I have homeopathic phytolacca for mastitis - which I got today

Hmm...I think that's it...
