I don't know what to use. I'm so tempted to buy some of the Neutrogena body wash that is supposed to be for that. I used it years ago and it worked. I use Dr. Bronner's bar soap and have for a couple years now. I've had this problem for months. It's not full blown pimples, but little bumps all over. Some are more red though. It's embarrassing, especially if I wear a shirt that is anything but a high neck t-shirt. I use a washcloth so I would think that would exfoliate. I don't know what to do.
