Help me diagnose myself

Ok so I am totally confused and sooo tired of being sick!!I have been to the dr, chiropractor, acupuncture and nothing. The Dr took tons of blood work and everything came back normal. I was on the BC pill and my dr thought those might be causing it so I went off of them in May and still sick.
So here is my symptoms- I get headaches like really bad. My dr diagnosed them as Tension headaches. He gave me 3 different medications for them and they dont help at all, tylenol doesnt even touch it. I have intense pressure/pain in my temples, forehead, around my eyes, around my nose and my neck gets tight. I go to the chiropractor once a month, do acupuncture, take vitamins. . .Im at a loss at to what to do next. I get no warning to when the headaches will strike and once they start there is no stopping them.
I also get stomach aches alot and when I do I get shaky. I cant really explain it but I lay on the bed and my whole body shakes and I cant control it. Most of the time after I get shaky though my stomach feels better. My doctor tested me for sugar problems and everything was normal. . . .

Are the stomach issues related to the headaches? Are you certain they're not migraines? I get migraines that have related stomach issues (mostly nausea, but shakiness sometimes too), that's why I ask. The only things that help when a migraine strikes me are Imitrix (and that only works sometimes) or Peppermint oil. I can put a few drops of peppermint oil on a cloth and breathe it in for a while and believe it or not that usually works.

No the stomach issues dont always happen with the headaches, they do alot but sometimes I just get stomachaches. I dont think I have migraines because I dont have any problem with sound/light sensitivity or any eye problems. .

pain around the eyes/nose is usually sinus issues. Are you stuffy at all? Do you have allergies?

Migrains also don't have to involve light sensitivity.

No idea about the stomach thing. What does the pain feel like and where is it located? When it starts, have you tried slowly eating a snack to see if it's due to being hungry? If I go to long without eating i get naseous and shakey and I usually get a headache as well.

I dont have allergies and I dont usually notice Sinus stuff. The pain is just like upset, I feel like I could puke. Then I get shaky. I dont usually puke though.

It sounds like you might have abdominal migraines (stomach aches you're describing) and regular migraines (the headaches you are describing).

Have you tried increasing your magnesium intake to see if that helps?
Have you tried migraine medication? Have you had an MRI done of your brain?

I do hope you're feeling better soon!

Might it be anxiety? My anxiety shows up as nausea, intestinal upset (ahem!), creepy neck feeling, butterflies in my stomach, neck tightening unbelievably and sometimes causing headaches, cold/hot flashes, dry mouth, I could go on. Varies by the day/month/year. Self-care and coping have helped me so much. I really hope you can find some definitive answers...SOON!

Are you drinking enough water? I get headaches just like that if I don't have enough fluids in my diet.

It might be worth keeping a food & symptom diary for several weeks, to see if any of your symptoms are related to something you're eating/drinking. Maybe you have some unknown food allergies or intolerances.
