It doesn't disgust me like it did. I still haven't tried Indian food again--it was another one that I couldn't tolerate while pregnant.

OMG.. I will die if I cant eat Indian!

I had to take it easy though, because of heartburn.

Oh, tell me about it. We went to our favorite Indian place very early in the first tri, and I noticed that things just didn't taste very good. Not bad, but just not very good. After that, I couldn't even bear the thought of going back. DH was very sad about it--he loves vindaloo.

Congratulations Lizzy! That's such great news!

Alanna and Talula. So sorry AF found you both.

: vegan_mama, congrats Lizzy : and welcome Sky!

Catemom, I agree with oceane, your posts are always so uplifting! Thank you for that.

oceane, looks like you are still in the folicular phase with me . Maybe all the travel scared your O away. Hopefully now that you are home your ovaries will kick back into gear!

What's your favorite Indian restaurant? I Bombay House!

I ate spaghetti tonight with no problems.. I gotta get it in while I can.. I also couldn't eat anything tomato-y while PG.

I got a little bit done today.. called the medicaid hotline to get my file updated (I just barely finished getting Seb back on medicaid, now I have to do it all over again!), called a mw but no answer, and called the BC, but they are closed today.

Tomorrow I have to go get an official test to send into Medicaid & WIC (during my appt with my co-workers.. they'll all find out about it on Weds because I am getting Sebastian back on WIC too).. and try to call the MWs again...

... everything but tell DH! (tomorrow, I am going to make Seb a big brother shirt).

Lizzy, yep, it's Bombay House! We (well, the un-pregnant me, plus DH) love it there, too! I bet the owners have wondered why we haven't been there for a while . . .

You haven't told your DH yet?! You're incredibly strong!
lizzy, so after seeing the shirt how did your DH react? I bet he was/is thrilled. (I am writing this in the morning but maybe by the time you read this it's all out )

I love Indian food but since the only entirely veggie restauran here is mainly Indian I'm just done with it for now.

snow~pea, thanks. I drew myself an o line just because. I'll just wait for AF now and start over.

talula

Whoooo hoooooo for all the BFP's!!!

However, I'm not among them... POOP!!
AF came last night. I don't know if I'm on CD 2, since AF came so late last night? Turns out the shakieness was just some fluke. My daughter ended up sick at home yesterday after she threw up at the library (we made it to the bathroom- shew! the benefit of having older kids), so I think I must have had a touch of that as well because I was soooo tired yesterday and layed with her once we got home and slept for almost two hours.

I'm going to start charting this month with FF. I'm going to Walgreens today to get a BBT. I'm pretty sure I could tell when I O. But maybe I'm totally wrong and 'trying' on the wrong days. We will see.
thanks for the encouragement. I haven't been able to keep up with the forums this past couple of weeks b/c I have been soooo busy. But I'm getting caught up and the schedule had lightened up a bit---

Sending out Positive Fertile Vibes!

vegan_mama - sorry about AF

You know, I am kinda glad about AF in a way. My TMJ is still flaring up and I can't afford chiropractic care anymore (never could, really). Which didn't work very well anyway. I'm just going to hold off TTC until at least Jan. see you in a few months ladies!

Oh Lindsay, I am sorry that your TMJ is bothering you and that you have to hold off on ttc. Lots of . I hope that you feel better soon. Feel free to stop by any time though, even if you are not ttc.

I'm sorry your postponing ttc lindsay

I have a question for you all...
My original thought was that I would buy a BBT'mometer, but the two stores in my rural area were out! (Is everyone TTC?) Since I have a sick little one, I didn't want to make the extra 30 mile trek into town to check out other stores so I bought an OPK... was reading the ppwk last night and it says to start POASing on day 11, for my length of cycle... but, if I'm right as to when I Ovulate, it's usually CD12... Do you think I should follow the directions or start POASing on CD11? Or earlier like CD9/10?
I say start earlier, I found OPKs to be sorta confusing used on their own.
it's really trial and error if you use OPKs only and that for the first time. start a little earlier and be prepared to possibly have to buy some more or maybe you're right about your o date.
Yes, thank you oceane & catemom.
I haven't ever used OPK's before. This whole TTC thing is very new to me as the first time was a whoopsie and it happened on the one and only whoopsie. We have only been trying for a couple of months now, but I thought I would try this just to see if I'm able to tell correctly (or not) my O day. It sure would be a nice change to be off of AF's for a while (as a preg bonus)

ladies, I hope you are all doing well. I love my new BA program but I'm sad because I didn't ovulate and I don't like it. I'm also binging because of it, well, not binging but the broccoli takes so long to cook! just a little downer in the ttc department today.
