Any ideas what to do with an 18mo old in N. Conway?

I'm going to be at a conference this Friday in North Conway, and my husband will be with my son during the day. He's looking for some fun things to do with an 18month old. Does anyone have any ideas?

They're planning on going to see the trains downtown, going to the library to see what they have for a kids reading room, and going to the park by the train station. Any other things that an 18mo old might have fun doing?

There is a small childrens muesem with a toddler room and also a train muesem on RT 16.

Storyland and Santa's Village are not far away- both might be fun (I went there when I was a kid, ages ago...).
