help me stock up

So ive decided to really buckle down on stocking up. Ive had this freezer down stairs for months now and I just have barely used it. Today I went to he grocery store (Ive already been food shopping this week) this was to stock up on stuff I usually use now I dont think I did to well. I bought

10 lbs of flour, I can easily use this in one month or less. I use lots of flour making bread, cakes , well anything like that. I dont buy those premade. I really should have bought 20lbs. so my question is this, where should I store these? can I put them in the freezer?
3 pkgs ground turkey, I use this most often
2 pkgs 1lb ground pork
2 pkgs pork chops
1 5lb pkg chicken breasts. kicking myself for not buying more whole fryer chickens last week when they where .79 a pound.

3 bags frozen corn
2 bgs frozen broccoli
1 bag barely
2 cans toms
1 bag rice
along with some extra essentials, like tp, tissues, trash bags...

can I freeze buttermilk for baking? I always buy buttermilk and I never use the whole thing, would be much easier if I freeze it in 1 cup portions. Does it still make things taste the same.

I need so much more. We do not eat beans, except in chili, we do not eat canned veggies. whats my next stop to stock up on pasta, and more of what I already got today.

oh I know what I wanted to ask, can I freeze things like cheese, coffee creamer (non dairy) , butter? milk? how long do things like this last.

What I am looking for is to have enough in case this winter we end up spending so much on oil I can skip food shopping here or there.....

We freeze butter all the time. That's about all the input I have for you. I buy the enormous bulk packages of meat (when I buy at the grocery or CostCo) and then repackage them into portion or meal sizes.

They have dry buttermilk you can use. The only thing I use it for is coleslaw and it only takes a small amount.

You can freeze milk. Cheese, I've found freezes better shredded.

Can you get a larger amount of meat? It would be cheaper that way. My freezers are stuffed full of veggies I've picked or grown.

We freeze milk, butter, and cheese all the time. Kind of a cheese snob our family is...we only really like Kraft, so I stock up when it is two for five...not cheap, but cheaper than usual.

Milk sometimes goes on sale too, so then I will buy like 8 gallons and freeze for a month.

Butter...same thing!

I was going to suggest the powdered buttermilk as well, but I would think it would freeze alright. It might need to be shaken after it thaws in case it separates, but I think it would be alright.

You can freeze flour. I freeze butter all the time. You can freeze milk (and I'd assume buttermilk) but it will change the texture.

You might think about getting a buttermilk starter culture (add it to milk to make buttermilk) rather than continuing to buy buttermilk. You'd save a lot of money in the long run.
