How likely is pregnancy?

I should know this, but I want some mama's input! I have X-posted in Breastfeeding Beyond Infancy.

DS is 14 months old and still nurses all night long. A lot of the time he wants the nipple in his mouth, but falls asleep even before the letdown. During the day, he nurses every few hours.

Well, several times I've had "symptoms" and thought maybe AF was coming back. Sore nipples, a little cramping, etc. Well this week, I had all of these symptoms, plus some nausea. All of which could be nothing. I took an HPT and looked at it like a minute after, and it looked negative, and then forgot about it (crazy I know) and looked at it maybe 30 minutes later and it had a very faint plus sign. Evap line? I don't know? I took a digital this morning with FMU and it said "not pregnant." I plan to test again in a day or so, but in the meantime, how likely is it that I would get pg without AF back and DS nursing so much?

From what I understand, it is very likely to get preggers without AF & While BF.

I think it's common for women to start getting AF back around that time (12-15mos), but for women to ovulate regularly when BFing with out knowing it...

I had those same types of symptoms when AF came back when DS was 9 mo. But I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you!
