Hi

I was wondering what age you introduced raw yogurt and raw kefir?

14 months for my son but then again he didn't start eating any significant amount of solids until he was just shy of his first birthday (didn't get his first tooth until 10 mo). I mix them with his favorite things--apple and/or pear sauce.
