For the first three months I was dead set on the fact I thought it was a boy, like there was no question in my mind, I was calling it he and everything, but lately I've been having girl dreams, and am not so sure...

Supposedly .... if you have three of one sex, the next is guaranteed to be the other sex!

I'm thinking we are having a boy. I did dream of a girl last night but I have also had lots of boy dreams. We still haven't decided if we will find out the gender...

I always thought I'd have two boys, but for some reason I'm really thinking that this babe is a girl. We are waiting to find out until the birth, so I'll report back at the end of March!

Oh, I dont know...my friends just had their 4th girl and I know several families of 4 kids that are all the same sex!!
Actually, of the families I know with 4 kids, only one of them has kids of both sexes!!

For the record, I say "girl".

I don't care either way as this will be one of 6 kids in our house. If it is a boy, that would make it 3 of each...but who's counting!!

I don't have a huge feeling either way. I am thinking girl because I had so much more nausea this time than I did with my boys but that might just be wishful thinking

I know my husband really wants a girl but I'm really just so glad it's only one baby this time that I don't really care what the gender is!!! Plus, if it's a boy I might be able to convince my husband to have a 4th in a couple years to "try" for a girl

actually, everyone thinks i'm having a boy and a girl... like my whole family, and all of my friends... too bad i'm the only one who has no idea!

I don't know. But when I was pregnant with dd, I had to go to the hospital and to the dr. a fair ammount. Way more than once, a nurse or security guard would look at me and say, "You're having a girl, aren't you?" I didn't know and said so.
And once after an appt. my dh and I went to a nearby store. I was walking without looking and I ran into a ribbon/streamer thing. I looked up and it was a BIG balloon that said, "IT'S A GIRL!!!!!!!"
I remember thinking, "If this is a girl, this will be a good story."

I don't have a strong preference, but I think this one is a girl. My husband thinks it's a boy, so we'll see who's right in about 7 weeks. I can't wait to find out.

I am thinking girl...this pregnancy has been quite different in many small ways....I know they all are, but my gut is saying girl...

It doesn't matter to us one way or another, I would love another boy so DS has a brother close in age....but a girl would be wonderful too

That has to be completely mythical. My aunt & uncle have 5 boys, and I know other people who have 4+ kids of all the same gender.

I forgot to mention earlier that I did have a dream very early on in the pregnancy about having a birthday party for one of our kids. I think we had two or three kids, one girl, one boy, and another unspecified. I clearly remember seeing what the girl looked like though. She was blonde and blue-eyed.

We're both thinking boy. Timing-wise that would make the most sense. In my dreams though, I have only ever had a girl baby, but I think that is because we see my 9 month old niece pretty frequently. I think dh would be a little disappointed if it is a girl, and I am worried that if it is a girl I will be doomed to repeat that lackluster relationship I have with my mother. I feel that if I have a boy this would be less likely. Of course there are a lot of things that I am really looking forward to about having a girl that makes me not want a boy: I want to name her after my grandmother, I want her to take dance classes like I did, dressing up a girl looks like way more fun, and I also have a tea set from said Grandma that I would love our daughter to use. I realize that I'm being kind of sexist in assuming boys aren't interested in those things, but I also know that many boys realistically prefer guns over dolls, trucks over playing house, sports over arts. I'm also more nervous about changing little boy diapers. We won't circ, but that will also be my first contact with an-uncirced penis and I'm nervous about making sure everything is all good down there. I guess I don't care which sex our baby turns out to be. I just want to know ASAP so I can bond more with him/ her.

That is exactly why I would prefer a girl. It may seem superficial, but something deep down inside me craves that mother-daughter bond that I have with my own mother... except for me to be the mother. I thought I was a little princess ballerina when I was a kid... it was so much fun! I want to share in that "magic" with a daughter. I just don't feel the same way about stereotypical toys/activities for boys.

I'm the opposite I guess. Even though I was and am a very girly person, I find all the ballerina/princess little girl stuff kind of nauseating. I'd much rather play dinosaurs with my son than have a tea party. Just seems more laid back or something. I think boy toys are really cool. I can't wait until Alden gets old enough for real lego sets. I wouldn't have minded if I had had a girl but it was a relief to find out this one was another boy. Some of those girly clothes do just kill me though! Boy clothes in your typical store are just plain ugly (well there's some cute baby stuff, but not much at all for toddler boys).
