i know its tough to do but maybe look into getting back on the meds? and call e therapist?i know you love your babies otherwise you wouldnt have taken those meds to begin with , you would have kept how you feel in the dark. otherwise i've heard a TON of people mention omega 3s and b vitamins as anti depression techniques. i am trying the omega 3s ( i thought i was taking enough and then i re read the bottle and realized i am supposed to be taking 3 of the capsules per day, not per week lol). i'll let you know if it helps me any .

and just message me if you want to talk. we all go thru this it seems at some time or other. its probably just one of those things we need help with. everyone needs help sometimes.

Oh, yes, I am still in therapy and talked to my therapist about this yesterday. I am considering going back on the meds. I am just resisting because I gained weight on zoloft. I have lost the weight and am still losing (have lost 60 lbs. this year), but want to lose 30 more. I gained 90 while pregnant with ds2 who is now almost 11 months old.

I am weighing whether or not I can solve this problem with more sleep and better nutrition or I should go back on meds. I will be making that choice probably sometime later this month.

Thanks and I am here to chat anytime, too.
