I am SO Over these allergies!!!!

I have been in a complete fog for a MONTH now and it's wearing me down. I'm fatigued all the time, I wake up every morning with my right ear completely blocked. I'm sneezing, my eyes are itchy my nose is running. It's like this all.day.long. My ear does usually get a bit better as the day goes on, but never 100%. I've also found that I do better when outside (which is strange).

I can't figure out what would be causing this indoors for me. I haven't seen any mold. If there is mold I can't see, I don't know how to find it. My mom moved and we took her cat, but my allergies were in full swing well before that. We do have mice (traps around the house have only caught two and the cat is apparently useless ).

HELP! What can I do? I am so sick and tired of feeling like I've had a bad cold for a month. I'm tired of feeling tired. What can I take? What can I do? Who can I call to check out my home and figure out what is causing this. I'm so

Oh I am sorry. I know what you feel like though as I had exactly that when I lived at home. We had both a dog and a cat in the house, I am allergic to both.
If you feel better outside it would indicate that you are suffering from and indoor allergy. The cat, even if it isn't still there could be a problem, mice are very often allergenic, dust, mold.

I would recomend a top to bottom cleaning, a pain to be sure, but will probably help. Get the dust mite proof covers for your mattress and pillows.

Hope you feel better soon.

There are some do-it-yourself mold tests that you can get from like Home Depot I think. I've seen them online, but haven't tried them out yet. Or there are some that you can order, put in your home, and then send back in for analysis. I wish I could remember the website... just Google 'home mold test' or something.

If it's true allergies then there are blood (RAST) tests and also scratch testing that could isolate what you alre allergic to. They have a panel of like 50 common outdoor and even more indoor ones than that (I forget exactly). I am sorry you are feeling this way.

Thank you so much for all of the ideas. I do think I'll make a doctor's appointment to narrow down what it is that's effecting me. I broke down and took a benadryl the other night. I was just in tears and it was the lesser of two "evils" at that point. It made me so loopy, but I didn't wake up with a blocked ear the next morning. I'm back to square one today though.
