The Pelvic Pain! Yow!

Last night I started to get more pelvic pain, especially after sitting for a while then getting up. I've had pelvic pain before through some of this pregnancy but haven't had it for a while until last night. And through the night...OH.MY.GOODNESS! It hurt so much any time I tried to move in bed or get up to pee. At times...it was excruciating! I hope this baby comes soon...we are so ready to meet her!!

I've had pelvic pain since the early part of my second trimester, but the pelvic pain I have now is different - it's much more concentrated in the pubic area vs. being spread out over my whole pelvic girdle (I had SPD). The SPD was definitely worse, as it impacted my ability to WALK, sit, lie down, etc. The current pain most bothers me when I'm trying to get into or out of a reclining position.

I definitely hope baby gets here by the end of the month. I am really tired of being uncomfortable and in pain - it's been five months! Hang in there, mama!

I can relate--have had pelvic pain for over 2 months. Much better now than a month ago, I think much thanks to weekly visits to my chiro!

I knew I wasn't alone!

I have been having visits 1-2 times per week to my chiro. We increased my visits the closer I get to my due date. But wow - it still really hurts at night!

Chiropractor definitely helps... but these days I cant seem to keep my adjustment... she has to adjust me twice in office and within a few hours of leaving the baby just kicks my back right out of alignment again

ooooo.... one thing that has helped me a TON with the pelvic pressure is to sit on a small size excersize ball and lean forward onto a larger size ball and rock!! HUGE RELIEF... temporary but it is nice while it lasts!!

I know, I still get pain when lying in one position for a long time. Yuck...I can't wait for it to be gone
